I just saw "The Gamers: Dorkness Rising." Someone here mentioned it so I rented it from Netflix. It was great. I have only played D&D a little, and that a long time ago. (One member of the group was sure that computers would soon be small and cheap enough to have them at home.) However I still understood the jokes and really enjoyed it.

It was probably me who recommended it, I'm trying to get more people to watch it as it deserves a bigger audience.

I would like to see a regular TV series made along those lines, of a group of friends who get together to play role-playing games and they act out their adventures like in the movie. It would be like Dr. Who mixed with Scrubs.
